A neighborhood spot that actually feels like one

3rd Ave Food & Deli started with a simple idea: serve real food in a space where people actually want to hang out. No rush, no pretense — just solid sandwiches, properly pulled espresso, and the kind of atmosphere that makes your lunch break feel like a break.

We're right in the heart of Flatiron, between 26th and 27th. The regulars know us, the newcomers become regulars, and everyone leaves a little fuller and a lot happier than when they walked in.

Everything is prepared fresh daily. We source what we can locally, work with suppliers who care, and refuse to cut corners. That's the 3rd Ave way.
